{"id":"ley-2000-55.a0","orden":156,"tipo":"texto","etiqueta":"Artículo 0","contenido":"**Artículo 0.**\n\npara la vigencia fiscal de 2001, cuya estructura y asignación es |\n\nPublicar Leyes, Decretos, Decretos Leyes, Decretos de Gabinete, Decretos\n\nEjecutivos, Resoluciones Ejecutivas, Contratos, Acuerdos Municipales,\nFallos de la Corte, etc.\n\nImpulsar el Desarrollo de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación en el\npaís.\n\nEjecutar Programas de interés social, destinados a dar respuesta inmediata\na las urgentes necesidades básicas de la población, mejorando la calidad de\nvida y promoviendo mejores alternativas para la generación de los ingresos\nde la población en situación de pobreza extrema a través del Fondo de\nInversión Social y el Despacho de la Primera Dama.\n\nContribuir con acciones de asistencia social al bienestar individual y colectivo\nde las familias.\n\nServir como centro de coordimación de cualquier situación de crisis o\nemergencia nacional, en asuntos de seguridad y orden público.\n\nRealizar - funciones especificas de Guardia Presidencial, manteniendo la\nseguridad personal de la Señora Presidenta y su familia en todas las\ncircunstancias y demás personas que laboren en las instituciones del Palacio\nPresidencial y sus alrededores, Vicepresidentes, Ministros, Viceministros;\nproveer escolta y seguridad a _ altos dignatarios e invitados especiales y otras\npersonalidades que determine la Presidenta de la República.\n\nColaborar con_grupos indígenas de la Provincia de Darién en el desarrollo\nsocial y cultural, a través del Programa de Desarrollo del Darién.\n\nSimplificar los trámites burocráticos. aplicando procesos de administración\nmoderna.\n\nPara el cumplimiento de los objetivos y de las políticas descritas anteriormente\n\napruébase el presupuesto de gastos del MINISTERIO DE LA PRESIDENCIA\n\nPRESUPUESTO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO\n\nGastos de Operación\n\nTransferencias Corrientes y subsidios\nTransferencias Corrientes 3,726,800\nSubsidios\n\nTOTAL DE GASTOS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO\n\nPRESUPUESTO DE INVERSIONES\n\nPROGRAMAS\n\nFondo de Inversión Social\n\nProg.
